Yoga for Strong Bones, Body & Mind

Yoga Therapist, Occupational Therapist & Reiki Master
This is a Mind-Body Practice that combines physical poses (Asanas), breathwork (Pranayama) & Meditation.
A variety of modalities will be incorporated in the poses to add therapeutic weight bearing & resistance. We will hold poses to add isometric contraction of muscles, hand held weights, elastic bands, ankle weights, etc.
